Who said there is not enough cakes to go around???My students, my friends and I are all staying busy decorating cakes. Sometimes I feel I can't come up for air and
then well I say to myself I gotta take a break... oh for only one day though. Finally taking a day off -- a much needed day
off! Happy weekend to all!

Putting in the hours....Oh my gosh let me tell you... last week I thought I was going to pull an all nighter. I was at the shoppe having a party,
but no was at the party but me. I did not leave the shoppe until 3 a.m. and still I was not finished doing cakes. Hope you

How to level a wedding cake, How to fill, ice & smooth a cake, How to cut dowel rods & other types of support for
wedding cakes, How to design a wedding cake, How to transport a wedding cakes, How to use presses, How to cut a cake. Chose
your date July 19th or 26th, 10-4 p.m. July 18th or 25th 10-4 p.m. cost $55.00 Must register one week prior to class; then
